Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized / personalized metal art orders (made-to-order items).

Damaged / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and the unboxing details (if available). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable after verification.
